Conducted user research and customer interviews to concept and validate a new CSRD sustainability reporting dashboard, from early discovery through developer hand-off. Designed responsive tablet/mobile UI for the Learning Hub e-learning platform and independently led usability testing, achieving a SUS score of 92.05. Co-led a Customer Portal design system initiative, facilitating a cross-team workshop and auditing design-to-development alignment with Storybook.

Drove EU market localization for 3 EV models across 15+ functional areas (HUD, DIM, CSD). Created 3 design guidelines: Driver Distraction, Notification, and Text Overflow, adopted org-wide by teams and suppliers. Benchmarked 7+ competitor vehicles across China and Sweden. Filed 2 patents. Coordinated UI adaptation across 7 European languages.

Designed a data-driven dashboard visualizing wheel loader operator behavior — one for internal teams, one for operators. Applied the DDCD framework and Digital Twin concept. Thesis graded Very Good (B); 75%+ of expert evaluators gave positive feedback.
